Appendix A - Other ways to use this program

 

 

Slots for each data already predetermined

 

If you want to arrange the timetable yourself and want to use this program to only present and change the timetable, then you could enter all your data in Makasas.TXT as DATA TETAP and then generate the timetable. If rooms are involved, you use the SUSUN BILIK and then PERUBAHAN to place them.

 

 

Program must show available slot for each data

 

If you want this program to tell you for each data, the available slots possible in the timetable so that you can make the final choice where each unit of data should go, then place all your data in the file Tolak.DAT, activate the BAIK PULIH. Below are examples of the contents of Tolak.DAT.

 

3,DRP,PED

3/4,DRP+MNA,*PED

3,DRP,@PED

 

Note that the block and double period symbols must be used (cannot arrange fixed data i.e. with the `!' symbol) and only three entries allowed per line.
